CMO Staff

 

Pastor Tina Gilmore-Williams,
Lead Chaplain/Mentoring Coordinator

Pastor Tina, an ordained pastor and licensed and ordained chaplain, has been on staff of CMO since January 2006, She began as Assistant Chaplain, then took the position of Mentoring Coordinator under Sheriff Jeff Easter.  In April 2016, she was promoted to Lead Chaplain.  She also pastors the Nu Heart – Nu Start Church, at 2000 W Jewell St. in Wichita, ministering primarily to those whose lives have been shattered by sin, and many of whom have served time in jail or prison.

 

Sandy Kasper,
Assistant Chaplain / Program Director

Sandy, a licensed and ordained chaplain, has been faithfully serving as Program Director for Christian Ministries to Offenders (CMO) since March 2011.  In addition to overseeing CMO office volunteers, she manages religious services and Bible studies, tracks CMO activity pertaining to inmate requests, and compiles monthly reports for the Sheriff’s Department.  She also serves on CMO’s board of trustees.  In April 2016 she was  promoted to the position of Assistant Chaplain.

 

Sandra Robinson,
Program Support Clerk

 

Sandra, a part-time employee with CMO since April 2016,  served CMO tirelessly for years as a volunteer, working in the office alongside Tina and Sandy, and often carrying a full-time workload.  Not infrequently, of her own accord she also came in on Sundays to ensure that deadlines were met.  Having worked for 31 years at the Sedgwick County Health Department, Sandra has two children and five grandchildren.
